The current time is a crucial period for Operators in the iGaming industry. As more markets regulate with local taxes, and with further growing compliance requirements, operators are forced to digitalise their organisations and work in smarter ways to remain scalable and drive innovation and drive profitability.

We build and license a range of platforms and provide solutions for real-time data consolidation, automation in player engagement, and machine learning. 

  

Working with Design and Product Development at Fast Track

You will be working with all our existing and future products. Right now this includes our real-time data platform (FT RTD), our player engagement platform (FT CRM), and the brand new machine learning platform (FT ML). Process is a key pillar in our product proposition and a primary USP for Fast Track. We build products that people want to work with. Providing our clients with a beautiful interface is a huge part of our identity, and beauty comes from intuitiveness.  

We have a flat org structure and work actively with each individual's professional development, our management team has a very clear vision and provides internal delivery teams with clear direction, support, and guidance.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirements:

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 
• Proficiency in Sketch, Zeplin, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered a plus
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related is considered a plus

Relocation for the successful candidate will take place as soon as the situation allows. During this pandemic, all Fast Track staff is allowed to work remotely. If relocation is not possible at the time of hire, we would appreciate it if you can work remotely until the situation changes. 

Relocation program included (if required), we pay for your flights for you and your family, shipping, and accommodation for the first 2 weeks
